How Did We Get Here?
On a spring day in 2013, we found a problem: online sales and e-commerce were quickly disrupting the offline landscape and, yet, left out some of the most crucial members of our community. Globally, over 1 billion people are without bank accounts. No checks. No credit cards. What are you supposed to do when the world’s growing and you aren’t allowed to grow with it?
Enter: OmniBazaar. Throughout the 2010s, our founders worked hard to ideate and solve this problem. Emerging crypto markets proved fruitful for most looking to grow their portfolios, but we looked further. Instead of investing in financial gains, we invested in people. By 2018, the OmniBazaar marketplace launched as a global network of local marketplaces. Users can buy, sell, and swap seamlessly with any currency available to them, from cash to credit to, yes, a viable, everyday use of crypto. It created a perfect system for everyday people, rich and poor, young and old alike, to participate in global commerce.
But… revolutions rarely come easy.
In the early 2020s, the world was torn apart by a global pandemic. Jobs were lost, lives were changed, and the spirit of community camaraderie crashed. You remember those days. However, rather than let the falling systems our world relied on break us, OmniBazaar took the opportunity to rise again like a phoenix.
We’re excited to announce that, after a focused redevelopment cycle, OmniBazaar has relaunched in 2026 as a bigger, better platform. Users can now buy, sell, and swap everything from physical goods to useful services to crypto projects all under one digital roof. But wait, there’s more! We’ve expanded to encompass predictions, yields, and the enterprising field of RWAs. Between everything: users can now experience a fuller, more comprehensive platform capable of solving all transactional needs. In a world of Big Data and major corporations running things, OmniBazaar provides a private, decentralized platform for anyone just looking to shop in peace.

Why Are We Doing This?
OmniBazaar exists because it needs to. Communities need a way to commune. Sellers need a way to sell. Buyers, believe it or not… you get the idea. While we’re far from the first to recognize these issues, we’re the first to embody them so thoroughly. Most similar platforms charge fees only tolerable if you haven’t seen the scope; once you’ve peeled back their curtain, you see just how much price gouging occurs. We’ve maintained our mission to keep prices fair and reasonable no matter the scenario.
