OmniBazaar is live on mainnet

Thirteen years after this project started, there is no announcement trick left to perform: the chain is running, and you can check.

OmniCoin L1 (chain ID 88008, an Avalanche subnet with ~1–2 second finality) has been on mainnet since April 2026. On it: 100+ smart contracts in source with 149 deployed addresses, a DEX with its own order book, prediction-market aggregation across about 140,000 indexed markets, yield and RWA aggregation, a peer-to-peer marketplace with 2-of-3 escrow, and one-click privacy shielding to COTI. Three clients ship in lockstep: the web app, a browser-extension wallet supporting 80+ blockchains, and Android.

Two properties make it different from the apps it replaces, and both are architectural rather than promotional:

You never pay gas. Every transaction is an EIP-2771 meta-transaction: you sign locally, a validator relays and pays the gas. Protocol revenue comes from stated fees: 0.20% DEX taker, 1% marketplace, 0.25% interface fee.

We never hold your funds. Keys are generated in your browser and never leave it. Settlement is wallet-to-wallet by contract. There is no platform balance to freeze, no withdrawal switch to flip.

What is not live yet, so nobody has to discover it the hard way: reward emission for the early-LP program starts at hard launch, bonding opens at hard launch, fiat on-ramps are coming soon, and the third-party audit is budgeted and scheduled but not yet published. When those change, this blog will say so with the date attached.

Verify anything above: the contract table is on /technology, the live counters run from the same public API the app uses, and the explorer is public. Hold your own.

Browsing the marketplace is free. Selling takes minutes, and the fee is 1%, paid by the seller, only when you sell. The app runs in your browser; there is nothing to install.

Check any number here yourself

You don't have to take this page's word for anything. Every figure on this site comes from the same public data feed the app runs on, dated 2026-08-08, and you can open it in a browser without an account. The OmniCoin network (chain ID 88008) has run live since April 2026.

The contracts your money moves through

You can open any of these in the explorer and read what it does. 100+ contracts in source, 149 deployed addresses.
